Quotes & pricing
A clear quote is confirmed before work starts. Additional work is only carried out with your approval.
Payment
Payment is due on completion by cash, card or bank transfer.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to spare parts and appliances. Warranty does not cover misuse or third-party alterations.
Cancellations
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Liability
We take every care to protect your property. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.
